Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm, develop and write requirements for the integration of new and innovative technology enhancements

  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of new product features

  • Manage the intake and upload process of data from various internal and external sources

  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve the user experience and integrity of our systems

  • Support various departments’ reporting and analysis needs, and build improvements both within and adjacent to our systems to make reporting more robust and repeatable

  • Take on (or create) other data-intensive or systems-focused projects that may require modeling and/or programming

Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in a systems-oriented role is preferred, especially if that experience includes working with Salesforce or a similar CRM

  • Familiarity with project management, product management and/or agile development processes

  • Intermediate MS Excel skills, with some experience in Stata, R, SQL, Tableau, or similar tool a plus

  • A strong critical thinker and problem-solver who can think big picture while staying organized and close to the details

  • Self-motivated and able to learn and adapt quickly in a high growth, flexible startup environment

  • Responsible and eager to take initiative

  • Proactive, thoughtful, collaborative, and able to effectively communicate across multiple business units and stakeholders
