We are seeking a purpose-driven technology professional to elevate our technology platform to the next-level and introduce a critical new audience to CapShift’s technology platform.

In this role, you will:

  • Create the vision for what is possible with CapShift’s Technology Platform – listening to business line and customer needs to build a technology roadmap that will support CapShift’s growth and delight our clients
  • Oversee our remote development team
  • Gather business requirements and oversee implementation
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points – make key recommendations on how to improve CapShift’s technology product


  • 5-7+ years of work experience in philanthropy, financial services and/or impact investing
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM; experience with Salesforce Communities and Marketing Cloud is desired
  • Experience working with Jira and in an Agile development process
  • Experience working with an outsourced, and preferably off-shore Development Team, or equivalent experience managing a remote team
  • Prior project management experience and an ability to critically review and prioritize projects based on business needs
  • Proactive, thoughtful, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and able to effectively communicate across multiple business units and stakeholders
  • Fit with working in a high growth, flexible startup environment in which employees are expected to take on multiple responsibilities and leadership positions
  • Experience working with web-based analytics, and optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience managing customer relationships and deliverables
