We are seeking an Office and People Manager to help us build, foster, and maintain a young and growing company.

All roles at CapShift require flexibility and collaboration, given the start-up nature of the organization. CapShift is looking for an Office and People Manager who will:

Responsibilities

  • People – Help shape the culture for a growing team and company
    • Support recruiting and onboarding execution for new employees
    • Coordinate team meetings and events
    • Build relationships with all employees to facilitate better team communication and coordination
  • Admin – Support daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders by performing an array of tasks that include:
    • Support recruiting and onboarding execution for new employees
    • Help engage the Team by coordinating team meetings and events
    • Build relationships with all employees to facilitate better team communication and coordination
    • Manage Newton, MA office
    • Manage Team and Executive calendars
  • Partnership and Operations – become an expert on all things CapShift
    • Support general inbound inquiries from impact funds, impact investors, advisors, and other stakeholders
    • Develop or refine proposals and presentations
    • Support special projects for Exec team or Board

Qualifications

  • Superb organizational skills and scrupulous attention to detail
  • Previous client facing experience
  • Proficient communication skills with an excellent professional demeanor
  • Able to maintain the utmost confidentiality
  • Process-oriented, efficient, and adept at prioritizing
  • Flexible, resourceful, and skilled at asking the right questions to get the job done
  • Comfortable managing significant amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
  • Team player well-versed with technological software and platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, and Zoom Conferencing
