We are seeking a full-time summer intern to support our firm’s marketing initiatives.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking experience in marketing, exposure to impact investing, and understanding of a start-up environment. You’ll be a significant contributor to our growth and a key contributor on our marketing team.

We don’t require previous work experience for this role. We will provide training (both formal and self-directed) to help you learn about mission driven marketing, impact investing, and the asset management industry. We’ll ensure you have access to mentors and guidance to help you learn and grow in this role. We’re a small team with a big workload, so we’ll rely on you to manage and report out on your own projects, be self-aware enough to ask for help and guidance when needed and bring us ideas to improve. We’ll look to you to be attentive to the details, manage complex projects, and double check your work. We are a very supportive, open, and collaborative team who enjoys each other’s company – and we’re looking for someone who enjoys that type of environment.

Specifics

  • Full-time, remote position from May / June through August, with some flexibility on start and end dates.
  • Primary responsibilities will be:
    • Supporting marketing & campaign activity across all out and inbound channels
    • Supporting the creation of the firm’s first impact report and the campaign deliverables that will go along with that
    • Understanding and analyzing marketing lead data to help inform and refine our out and inbound marketing efforts
    • Competitive landscape analysis – pending other priorities.
  • Great role for current undergraduates or recent college graduates. Compensation provided.
