Do you have a successful track record of using digital marketing to engage with and delight current and prospective clients?

We are seeking a digital marketing associate to help us build, foster, and maintain a strong digital presence, voice, brand, and identity.

All roles at CapShift require flexibility and collaboration, given the start-up nature of the organization. CapShift is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who will:

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns by creating content for landing pages, pitching articles to partners / industry influencers, setting up digital advertising campaigns, executing social media content strategy, and managing email marketing campaigns
  • Enhance CapShift’s online presence using our blog, social media channels, email marketing, and web properties
  • Optimize CapShift’s content for search engines
  • Monitor competitor’s online activities and proactively positioning CapShift to remain a relevant and sought-after voice in the industry
  • Contribute to reports to measure the success of the firm’s digital marketing initiatives – proactively suggest ways to enhance our digital presence
  • Ensure the firm’s brand and digital identity are brought to life and are consistently applied across all digital channels
  • Work closely with the broader sales, marketing, and executive team to understand the firm’s business priorities and how to support these efforts with our digital channels

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of relevant work experience – will also consider recent graduates with significant coursework in this area
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with and attracting current & prospective clients through digital channels, such as the website, social media, blog, advertising, etc.
  • Strong writing skills, specifically for digital delivery, with an understanding of how to use SEO / SEM to drive traffic & engagement
  • Exceptional project management skills – with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience managing and promoting digital events and using online meeting tools such as Zoom & Teams
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Suit (or willingness to learn)
  • Experience with WordPress, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CRM desired
  • Proactive, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to effectively communicate with teammates in a virtual environment and across all areas of the organization
  • Passionate about ESG, sustainable, and impact investing, with interest in building a career in the asset management or financial services industry
