Will leads the research team’s efforts in public manager sourcing and diligence as well as public portfolio construction. As a member of the research team, he also helps source, qualify, and conduct due diligence on investment opportunities. Prior to joining CapShift, Will was a Senior Associate at HarbourVest Partners focused on meeting the targeted mandates of institutional investors by seeking investment opportunities in emerging managers, diverse managers, the lower middle market, and underserved markets. Will began his career at Cambridge Associates where he advised public and private pension plans on asset allocation and manager selection. Will is a second-year MBA candidate at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, graduating in May 2022 with a concentration in Finance and Social Entrepreneurship and has a B.A. from Boston College in English and Economics.
