Vivian oversees technology product and operations at CapShift, with the aim of leveraging technology to mobilize impact capital at scale and with purpose. Prior to joining CapShift, Vivian spent ten years leading the operations at social enterprises Wedu (Bangkok, Thailand) and Rags2Riches (Manila, Philippines). Having started her career in management consulting, she made this intentional career pivot after learning about the potential of impact investing and social entrepreneurship to create large-scale social and environmental change. Vivian was an Impact Catalyst Fellow with LGT Venture Philanthropy (2011) and has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
