Jay leads CapShift’s business development effort. He spearheads outreach to advisors and potential strategic partners for the firm. Jay brings extensive sales and relationship management experience in the RIA and family office market. Prior to CapShift, Jay served as Sales Director at Just Invest, a direct indexing start-up that was acquired by Vanguard in 2021. He has also served as Regional Sales Director for RiverNorth Capital, a specialist asset manager based in Chicago. Jay’s early career included investment analyst roles at Cambridge Associates, Glenmede Trust Company, and Pitcairn. Jay holds a B.B.A. from James Madison University and an MBA from Emory University.
