Garima works within the investment research team and advisory practice at CapShift, helping clients to unlock their potential to use capital for good and make a global impact. She previously served as an analyst for the Responsible Asset Allocation Initiative at New America Foundation, where her core responsibility was to analyze responsible investing practices undertaken by the asset owners. Garima began her career as a mergers & acquisitions lawyer for global investors focused on emerging markets.

She has a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University with a focus on business for social impact.
